Vishva Bhraman does't include following responsibilities :

• The bus operators bus not departing / reaching on time.
• The bus operator's employees being rude.
• The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
• The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
• The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
• The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.
• The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveller on that particular bus).
• The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.

Change in Bus Type:

In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason or any other discrepancy, we will refund the differential amount to the customer only upon being intimated by the bus operator.

Ticket Cancellation:

• Vishva Bhraman will charge Rs 25/- per ticket as a Vishva Bhraman service fee in case of booking cancelled through website and Rs 50/- per ticket in case of booking cancelled through call centre.
• Cancellation of tickets can be done on Click on Request Cancellation against the tickets you have booked.
• The User will have to contact the bus operator to get his/her reservation cancelled. Company is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the bus operator shall lie with the User.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds processed for cancelled tickets are transferred to the passenger’s bank account / debit / credit / ITZ card that was used while booking the tickets.
• In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason, Vishvabhraman.com will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customer within 24 hours of the journey.
• All Refunds takes 3-10 business working days to credit this amount to your account/card, In case the refund amount is not credited to your account in 10 business days, we kindly request you to send an email to support@vishvabhraman.com along with the ticket details. We will provide you the necessary support in crediting back the refund amount.
• No cancellation is possible within two hours of departure. Some bus operator do not allow ticket to be cancelled much before two hours of departure. In that case cancellation shall not be possible on Vishvabhraman.com within those hours of departure.
• Vishvabhraman.com is a booking service only. It shall not be liable to make good the loss of goods or property of passengers for any of the acts, events, incidents whatsoever beyond the control of the company.
• If you could not produce ticket / ID or if you are not travelled no refund will be given in such cases.
• Provision of video, air conditioning and any such other services mentioned by Travelyaari.com's travel partners in the buses is their own responsibility. Any refunds / claims due to non-functioning or un-availability of these services needs to be settled directly with the bus service provider.

Others:

• Passengers are resqued to carry a print out of the ticket
• Cancellation of tickets can be done on Click on Request Cancellation against the tickets you have booked.
• Passengers are required to reach the boarding place before 30 min of scheduled departure time.
• The User will have to contact the bus operator to get his/her reservation cancelled. Company is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the bus operator shall lie with the User.
